Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-call no-show appointments will result in 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

LATE POLICY:

If you are running late for your appointment, feel free to give us a text. Please keep in mind that your stylist typically has a fully booked schedule each day and needs to remain on schedule in order to avoid falling behind. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service provider may not be able to see you.

REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our hair care products. If you've used less than 50% of the product and are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a partial refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging.
